Regional Sales Manager (Central/West) –
Cardiovascular Sales Team
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• To develop and implement a business plan for call activity based on market data and marketing plans in order to maximize sales growth metrics.
• To execute high quality office calls based on fundamental principles of selling: rapport, consistent and relevant message delivery and product knowledge.
• To define and update, when required, a key target list of physicians and pharmacists to ensure the best Return on Effort.
• To perform, in the prescribed fashion, all administrative duties and keep accurate records on territory, personal administration and all his/her customers’ call activities.
• Source, identify and report all business opportunities that may arise in the territory or appropriate action to be taken.
• Become and stay aware of the governmental environment in which he or she works.
• To actively participate in all meetings scheduled by management.
• To achieve cycle Plan of Action (i.e. dollars, # of CHE, # of Calls etc…)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business or Sciences.
• 2- 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Motivated self starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy, public speaking, and organization skills.
• Ability to discuss matters within a scientific context.
